DogeGoo Spreadsheet Checklist Before Saving a Find

A fast score cannot verify a product or seller. It can expose a weak row before it becomes another unexplained bookmark.

Quick answer

Give one point for each clear answer below. Six or seven points earns a place on the shortlist; four or five needs more research; three or fewer should usually be removed for now.

The seven-point checklist

  • The item belongs in the category I am browsing. The title, photos and destination describe the same product type.
  • Photos show the details that matter. The image set answers questions specific to shoes, clothing, bags, watches or accessories.
  • Sizing, measurements or fit notes are visible when needed. A label alone does not earn the point.
  • Price makes sense beside similar finds. The comparison includes what appears to be included and does not pretend later costs are known.
  • Shipping weight does not obviously ruin the value. You have at least considered material, packaging and bulk.
  • The row is not just hype or a vague label. It offers information you can inspect.
  • I can explain why I would save this find. Write the reason in one sentence.

QC photos by category

A DogeGoo QC search, QC finder, QC photo finder or quality check photo search is useful only when the images answer the right questions.

Shoes and sneakers

Look for both sides, toe box, heel, outsole, interior label and an angle that shows overall shape. A size tag is helpful; an insole measurement is stronger.

Hoodies, T-shirts, jackets and pants

Prioritize flat garment measurements, fabric texture, seams, cuffs, closures, lining where relevant and any print or embroidery detail. Fit cannot be judged from a folded item alone.

Bags, watches, jewelry and accessories

Look for scale or dimensions, close views of closures and joints, interiors where applicable, and all included pieces. Reflective surfaces may need several angles.

QC photos are evidence to inspect, not proof that every shipped item, seller claim or external listing will match.

Good row example

6 points: keep for comparison

A hoodie row has front, back and fabric photos; chest and length measurements; a source link that matches; a price close to two similar rows; and a note that the fabric may add weight. Its only missing detail is sleeve measurement.

2 points: remove for now

A “popular hoodie” row has one image and a low price. The source page is vague, the size is just “L,” no measurements appear, and there is no reason to believe it is lighter or better than nearby options.

The one-sentence save rule

Save the row only if you can finish this sentence: “This stays on my shortlist because…”

“Because everyone shares it” is not enough. “Because the garment measurements fit my target, the fabric and seams are visible, and its likely weight is reasonable beside two alternatives” is a useful explanation.

What to do next

If the row passes, compare it with one or two entries in the same category. If shipping could change the value, read the weight guide. If a link or claim feels unclear, review the safety notes or the FAQ.
